- 11/10/06 Results of Bond are still undecided... At this time there are 146 YES votes and 138 NO votes---only 8 votes apart. There are 19 provisional ballots that will be counted if the election judge is able to track down missing signatures and IDs. If you may have neglected to provide a signature on the outside envelope or a copy of a photo ID please check in with the BID! 303-394-2904. We have an 'indie' pollwatcher designated to be present when the 19 provisionals are opened on Tuesday afternoon. Stay tuned....

Business Association
The neighborhood of Cherry Creek North has hosted a lively small business community for over a century. Over the years it developed into a unique, walkable shopping area, known for its owner run boutique shops, popular restaurants and high style salons. It became a wonderful incubator which 'hatched' some very successful businesses including the famed Tattered Cover Book store. Developers have tried to copy the flavor and mix of local business of Cherry Creek in other commercial shopping areas without great success. We believe Cherry Creek North is about the people, not about the hardscape.
