However, In order to vote you MUST first send in a form called "Designation of Natural Person to Vote" It should be filled out and returned to the BID office, 299 Milwaukee St.#210. Denver, CO 80206--by Tuesday Oct 10th--in order to allow time to recieve your ballot by mail. Although the form looks complicated, if you are a tenant, you simply designate yourself to vote. Five Good Reasons to Vote NO! on the CCN BID Bond Issue

We are not getting what we pay for now.
The budget has never been bigger, and the district has never looked worse.
- We don't know what we are getting.
We won't sign a blank check for Fillmore Plaza.
We are not against improvements, we just want specifics with costs.
$18 Million over 30 years is too much money to pay for flower pots.
- The district is horticulturally challenged.
We can't even keep the grass green.
No landscape person has been employed in the plans.
What is proposed is extremely high maintainence, fragile, and expensive.
- We don't want to live/work in a construction zone for a year.
Terrible for business.
- "Garden District" logo looks like it was clipped off a Kleenex box. We are purveyors of style and this is not stylish.
